What to do besides sit on your couch!
From the desk of: The whole AE Team
Have you all been sinking into your couch a little too much this week? Honestly, that is ok! There is no right or wrong during these times, but we want to be here for you to offer a little change of pace during your day.
Here are suggestions from each one of us on things we have been doing to not Netflix and chill all day.
Caitlin:
1. Going for walks outside and listening to my favorite podcast
2. Start my day with an iced coffee, which is something I always look forward to when I get up for the day!
Courtney:
1. Playing games, every day I play at least 1 game whether it is a card game or playing scrabble.
2. Spending time with family, I am lucky to still live with my parents during this time, it really has brought us to sit down and enjoy each other’s presence. Every night we have a sit-down dinner and talk about our day as well as all play a game or watch a movie together.
3. Getting fresh air, even if it is just a quick walk down the street or a 3-mile mini hike in the woods, I try to get outside, get moving and take in what Mother Nature has to offer!
Phoebe:
1. Going outside at least once – going for a run, walk, rollerblading, biking!
2. Puzzles!! And my 2,000-piece puzzle nonetheless – certainly takes up time
3. Reading JVN’s book
4. Started Schitt’s Creek
Christine:
1. 3000 pc puzzle
2. Writing my book
3. Watching “Money Heist”
4. Virtual Yoga
