A Beautiful Day for a Fall Event

This past October, we lucked out with the perfect Fall Day. What’s better than a sunny October day… Lucking out and having a 900+ person outdoor event on a that day!

Our October 12th event was on our clients campus for their 900+ full-time employees. From the start, we wanted to create an casual, Oktoberfest vibe. 

We had the opportunity to work Chef’s Table Catering who curated a fall-themed, reception style menu for this staff appreciation event. On top of all of the food stations being so creative, interactive, and insta-worthy… everything was delicious! From the passed mini carmel apples to the Oktoberfest Station with fresh sausage varieties and homemade pretzels. 

We worked with Forever Mark Flowers to create multiple autumn-themed vignettes throughout the tent and parking lot. With tons of pumpkins, corn stalks, native corn, dried pieces, hay bales and more.

All in all it was such a great event that encompassed the theme to every extent!
