In honor of international women’s day we asked each employee ‘What does being part of a women owned business mean to you?’ and the answers are beyond true that we wanted to share.

Christine: For me, being a part of a group of strong women I am grateful for how we lift each other up.

Amy: We work collaboratively to lift one up, to grow and be better each and every day.

Jess For me, working for a woman-owned business inspires me to use my voice more and know that I am a valued member of the team. 

Phoebe: I am constantly surrounded by my biggest support team.  We all want to see each other grow so we constantly push each other to be the best we can be. 

Carrie: A workplace environment blessedly free from sexual politics.

Caitlin: For me, being a part of a woman owned company means that I am constantly supported and encouraged. To push myself, have confidence and use my voice! 

Courtney: For me, being a part of a women owned company means having voices that are proudly spoken and heard within a strong team.
