A Garden Party Baby Shower

It was June 6, 2021 and it was the picture perfect day for an outdoor baby shower brunch (just look at the photos below!)

We had actually worked with Gina (mom to be) for her wedding a couple years prior and also a birthday party, so she was a client favorite at AE. We knew her styles, tastes and of course her favorite cake store. We worked with her sister in law to plan the entire day. Jen shared a Pinterest board a couple months prior filled with long garden tables, blue and light color pallets, and a very refreshing vibe. We couldn’t wait to bring this vision to life.

This was right about the time when you still had to eat outside and guests were really not comfortable indoors yet, so the location was key. Had to be a beautiful garden, have amazing brunch food, and be outside for about 40 guests. We did venue research on about 30 plus venues till we landed on the PERFECT space. The Herb Lyceum is in Groton, MA and truly has a magical piece of property and it made for the perfect brunch setting. We had pastries brought in from Cafe Beatrice that looked drool worthy, a cute photobooth bus for guests to take photos in, and a table setting that looked perfect in the setting. Vivian, from Forevermark Flowers, did an outstanding job putting the design together.

All in all it was a day filled with mimosas. flowers, croissants and love.
