Welcome Julie!

From the Desk of: Julie Miler

Hello! My name is Julie. I grew up in Minnesota and attended Texas Christian University, where I studied marketing. After graduation, I spent a summer living in South Africa before calling Arizona home for three years. I am now excited to begin this next chapter in Boston and am so happy to be here.

I am joining AE Events as an Event Assistant and am thrilled to work alongside the AE team to help create thoughtful and memorable events for our clients.

While in college, I studied abroad in South Africa, an experience that inspired me to co-found the TCU Rhino Club. Through this club, I helped raise funds to support rhino conservation efforts in South Africa. In the summer of 2022, after graduating and with support from TCU, I returned to South Africa to work as a digital media intern for a world-renowned rhino conservationist. This experience further strengthened my passion for mission-driven work and storytelling.

Before joining AE, I worked at the Arizona Humane Society, where I managed their annual fundraising gala and special events. During my time there, I gained hands-on experience in event logistics, coordination, and guest experience. It was here that I truly fell in love with event planning.

What I enjoy most about event planning is the execution. After all the behind-the-scenes work, seeing guests fully immersed in an event and genuinely enjoying themselves is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy collaborating with a team and contributing wherever needed to help bring a vision to life.

I am thrilled to be part of AE Events and look forward to learning, growing, and helping create events that reflect each client’s vision.
